Funny quotes of the week

I think we should pick what we think is a funny quote posted by someone each week.

This is mine for this week taken from the NWR board/thread of 'do you have pets at work'

Posted by Julybaby:

I had a 'pet' mouse that snuck into my classroom a couple of weeks ago. Don't know what happened to him or her. Occassionally, a couple of roaches stop by. (I work in an old building in Manhattan).

Feel free to add yours!

Jenn,
I read that one also and was laughing out loud. I thought it was hysterical!

Re: Funny quote of the week

I think everyone's day will be so special whether we abstain for a week, a month, or not at all
We're getting married, and what a feeling that must be

Mary, I'm sorry you got down after the discussions earlier, but I think most agree that it is admirable that you made a choice and stuck to it. Also, you WILL be sharing something VERY special with your FH for the first time as Husband and Wife. Something to be proud of.

Re: Funny quote of the week

Here' s another posted by Julubaby again!

I'm giong to tell my FI that either I can talk wedding all night with a bunch of girls from this site or I can talk wedding all night with him. I think he'll buy my train ticket to Deer Park.

PS. I may bring mace in case there is an axe murderer or bored man posing as a bride lurking at the GTG! That will make my FI feel better!

another one by Lizlen when Jodi73 asked where you light a unity candle (Jodi NO offense towards you at all, it was a great question)

Liz:
What do you mean where?
Like where? I guess if you're getting married in a Temple (are you?)

Re: Funny quote of the week

Posted by Nina on the Newlywed board asking if there are going to be prizes at the GTG

Not sure if I missed this topic on the other board. I just keep reading about Shamma walking away with donuts and other prizes

Re: Funny quote of the week

Posted by Cira on the same thread

Is Krispy Kreme giving out prizes ... is that where you are going to get the donuts from?

I'm so bad ... I won the Passion Play kit at the last get together and I haven't picked it up yet ... I guess we've been to tired from the house, we haven't had time for 'passion play'!
