As the mother of Swags16, I'm sure everyone is well aware of what she has been through with Bridal Suite of Patchogue. Please be careful of dealing with this store. They have the ability to turn one of the most beautiful events of your life into a NIGHTMARE!!!!! I can't begin to tell you how rude, unprofessional and condensending (pardon my spelling) they are. What they did to my daughter is UNFORGIVEABLE. But,I have to say that Peter from Paradise Bridals was wonderful. Both him and his staff are doing their best to turn this nightmare into Jamie's dream and all on a minutes notice. I strongy recommend that anyone who is even considering using Bridal Suite take the time to see Peter and his staff and THEN make your decision. Thanks for letting me vent.

Oh my goodness. I am so sorry about what you and your daughter have gone through. There is just no excuse. What a disgrace!!

Bridal Paradise has been around for years they are awesome i live in Patchogue and have seen them grow as a company i will get my gown from them also Lots of luck with everything Remember with every negative there is a positive

I would never presume to tell anyone where they should do business. All I intendedto do wasto give all you brides a 'heads up' as to what can happen and suggest that you stay on top of things. If Paradise hadn't have stepped in, Jamie would not have her dress for the wedding. We assumed that the dress was ordered in April, 2002! We just found on on 4/1/03 they 'Forgot' to order it and to make matters worse the dress was discontinued in January 2003! Have a beautiful wedding and lots of luck

Jamie told me about your troubles - so sorry to hear about it I hope you all works out for you - don't give up presue the matter with the PD if you are persistant they will possibly do a little more. Just because they 'closed' the case doesn't mean you won't reach the ear of a cop who may be able to help. Best of Luck to you!!

I had a similar experience with Bridal Suite of Patchogue except mine was with my headpiece. They also overcharged me, messed up the alterations on my MOH's dress so badly that the dress split during the reception, and hemmed my dress incorrectly so that the netting underneath was hanging lower than the bottom of my dress, causing me to trip. They also forgot to order my MOH gloves, were nasty to me and made me wait 2 hours for my final fitting and then rushed me through it so they could close.
I am glad that Jamie has you Mom to take care of her. What they put her through was horrible and to not own up to it in the end and try to resolve it is typical of how they do business.
