Girls that had black Bridesmaid dresses -

Could you post pics of what your bridal party looked like? or the dresses they wore? I'm serioulsy contemplating black bridesmaid dresses - my MOH is happy about that - she wanted black originially and i didnt want to but now i am rethinking it..

Im having black BM dresses- I think it's classy and eceryone looks good and is comfortable in black - i can't find the pic of the dresses though ! sorry !

We are having black BM dresses and my mom is in black. I didn't get married yet so I only have a sample of my friend in the BM dress.

I am 'having' my girls wear black bridesmaid dresses. Different styles, same material though. They got their dresses from Vera Wang which is suprisingly not as expensive as I thought it would be.

I picked black for the same reason (to be able to wear it again) and the fact that the girls were so freakin picky. I happen to think black is sooooo elegant for an evening wedding. The guys will be wearing black tuxes with a silver/grey tie and vest.

So my opinion is YES black is perfect!

For my cousin's wedding the bridesmaid's wore black vera wang short dresses. The pictures looked amazing because the guys were in black and the women were in black and the bride really standed out. I thought it looked reallydramatic and beautiful. I am def. thinking about going black for the bridesmaid's although my mom really wants color. I still have to decide.

I had all my girls go out and buy black dresses. everyone has a different body type and everyone is happy.

I thought about black for a while and so I have a few pics of bridal parties in all black. I have quite a few more saved on my computer at work, if you remind me tomorrow, I'll be happy to post those as well.

I am doing black for the 4 BM dresses and for the MOH a platium and black plaid top with a black organza skirt.

The BMs can pick out of 8 or 9 different styles. They are very happy about this and I think it is going to look elegant and classy.

I don't have pictures, but I think black is fabulous for alot of reasons. It looks good on almost everyone, and flatters all body types. It makes everything else (shoes, flowers, jewelry, make-up) 100 times easier. If your girls want slightly different dresses, it's easier in black because they will blend better.

I'd say go for it!

I am having black Vera Wang dresses. I can't figure out how to post pics from her web site though. There was never a doubt that I wanted black. I just love the way it looks on everyone and is generally re-wearable.

I'm doing black Amsale dresses. I let each girl pick their own as long as it was Amsale in black satin.

I think black dresses can be very elegant - I don't have a picture but I would say if you found a dress you love GO FOR IT! - Mine are navy blue taffeta from vera wang and they look almost black depending on the light and the girls love them - I think either black or a dark navy would be beautiful Georgia
