Tipping Question

I am sure this has been asked before, but I wasn't sure. Danielle and I are getting married this weekend and we wanted to know What tips to give people.

We were thinking the MD gets $350, and the BA gets $75 to $100.

What do we tip the limos? Do you tip any of your other vendors?

For Limo's we have 1 picking up both sets of parents in two different towns, and going straight to the HTH. Then we have two limos picking up the bridal party, and bringing us to Planting Fields, and then to HTH.

On the way home we have a 15 pass van bringing family members from the HTH to Bellmore, and our Limo bringing us from the HTH to the roslyn Claremont.

Then we have a limo taking us to the airport and back home after the HM.

So what do we tip each driver? We have no idea.

Um, ya'know, we paid 20% gratuity already in the cost of the limos, so I would venture to say maybe 50 bucks to each driver, and that's probably a lot. I mean, really, we already tipped them.
Are you tipping your photographer and what not?

Big help! I didn't know that you didn't have to tip independent bands if you didn't want too!(I probably still will but at least now know how much!)

I would still tip an independant band. You can give envelopes to each musician. I did it that way. The musicians get paid the same regardless of whether they are with an agency or not.

As far as the catering hall, I paid the gratuity as part of the price of the hall. I tipped the maitre'd and the bridal attendant, photographers..etc. I also had my best man do the tipping!

We are just planning to tip the MD and Ba....and not the photographer and videographer....He already added tax and gratuity into the total....I dont see it necessary.
