Just curious how many of you live with FH. When we started pre-cana we swore we wouldn't say we were living together, turns out the other two couples in our group also live together and made no effort to hide it, so why should we?

We moved in together after six years of being together. I lived in Queens and he lived in Suffolk and it actually was a strain on our relationship. We've been living together almost a year and it was definitely the right decision!

We saved every single penny in order to buy our house. So we sacrificed living together and sucked it up and stayed at home to finally buy one. I can't wait to get out of my parents house!!!

I'm with firegal (well, not literally, of course...) - we've lived together for 3 1/2 years, and every single day we are happy we did this.
We, too, thought about lying to the church, but decided against it. (That would have been some major bad karma!)

I met my husband in Janury of 2002 and we moved in together in Feb. 2002.. We got engaged in Oct of 200 and married of Sept 0f 2003. We saved alot o money and I woud not change anything.

We've been happily living together for just over 3 years. (Before that, we were in the 'might as well be living together' category!) Sometimes, I feel like we're already married, but I can't wait to finally make it 'official.'

After being 2 hours apart for the first 2 and 1/2 years I finally moved out here and we've been living together ever since. My FH is moving to the city to live in my apartment in Jan to finish school so we'll be separated again until summer
I love it !!!!!!!

we have been living together since last thanksgiving.
as for pre-cana - all 5 of the couples in our group were already living together. the couple running the pre-cana didn't make an issue out of it at all.

We don't live together, but I stay at his apartment on the weekends. It is kind of a strain not to see him during the week, but I figure we save money that way and it will make being married all the more fresh and exciting. Another reason is that my job is an hour away from his apartment.

we lived together for just about 3 years before got married (we moved in together after 3 months, that I WOULDN'T recommend)..
We would have never gotten married without testing it out first.. =)

Thanks for your comments ladies. FH and I moved in together after 9 months of dating and we've been living together for a little over a year. We haven't regretted it once!

After 6 years, I moved into his apartment, which we moved out of in June. But we just bought and moved into our 1st home, and we're loving it!
