Congratulations and welcome to Kelly Cuevas and Wilson Gonzalez Jr. and their respective families: Dianne and Michael Colonna and Dennis and Bonnie Blake; and Frances and Wilson Gonzalez. The two from Coram were engaged on July 18, 2007 at Cedar Beach. 'It was my parents wedding anniversary when Wilson asked if it were possible to find a sitter for our kids for about an hour or two, because he needed to talk to me about something. So on our drive down to Cedar beach he was picking a little bit of a fight to try and throw me off. When we parked we got out and walked westbound on the beach feet in sand just enjoying the cool breeze and beginning to discuss what was wrong (so i though). To my surprise he began telling me how special i was to him, having changed him for the better and how much he loved me. He then dropped to one knee and pulled out the ring. My jaw dropped and i started to tear when he told me that he wanted me to be his wife :) Of course I said yes and threw my arms around him!! This was the best day of my life!!!! and our road to marriage had begun at that moment!!!!' They look foward to an August 2008 celebration at Tall Grass Country Club. We wish them all the best.
