On July 28th, 2011 Dan sent me 3 roses to my job with a card that said 'I cant wait for our first vacation together' (which is Aug 3rd) and I was so happy just for those. Then an hour later I received another 3 roses with a card 'I cant wait to lay on the beach with you' then another 3 'I cant wait to lay in the sun with you.' Then i received 2 roses and a card that said 'I cant wait to see you.' Thats when I was lost. Wheres the last rose? Where is he? My coworker asked me to go to get coffee with her that was across Bryant park. I agreed and as we walked through the park, I see Dan, sitting at a table with a bouquet of daises and a single rose in the middle. At that point I covered my mouth and slowly walked up to him. My coworker walked away and Dan asked 'So how was your day?' I just kept asking him 'What are you doing? Are you serious?' Then he asked me to read the note on the flowers. It said 'I cant wait to spend the rest of my life with you.' That's when I really lost it. Dan said some sweet words and then got on his knee and pulled out a blue ring box. He asked 'Will you marry me?' I nodded and hugged him before he could put on the ring. After we hugged and kissed he finally put my beautiful ring on me. Then my coworkers popped out of bushes and cheered, along with everyone else in Bryant Park. Best day of my life.... so far!
