Never again are we using this service again!!! My DH ordered flowers from them on Valentine's day and they never came. He also used them two years ago to have roses sent to my house before our wedding and they never showed up either!

Hmm, never used them, but I never will based on the problems everybody had. I don't know if I'd feel comfortable ordering from a service like that anyway. I'd rather just get flowers straight from a florist.

I had problems with 1800 Flowers as well as FTD. With FTD the problem was that what I ordered online for my grandmother's funeral and what they delivered were COMPLETELY different. THe local florist took it upon themselves to 'substitute similar flowers' in my arrangement. I ordered a huge basket of roses in her favorite peach color, we got those crappy spray painted carnations.

We usually use proflowers, never had a problem, and we've used kabloom once as well.

I can HIGLY HIGHLY recomment kabloom.com

I alwasyas order from them and they are always beautiful, last a long time, and the price is awesome!!!!!!!

I would recommend them to ANYONE

I use proflowers.com all the time - always ontime, good selection, good prices and good notifications.

DH and I have had some problems with 1-800 flowers too. and I agree that they are over priced. on v-day, several women in my office had problems with them too.

my brother has great luck with pro-flowers.

I lean more towards the florist who did my wedding - she's great!
