1 year anniversary

Original post by Mrs.C 102608

Is anyone planning on going on vacation for their one year anniversary? If so where do you plan on going?

DH and I plan on going somewhere for our one year. I am starting to do my research now even though we are just married 2 months

We are thinking about Aruba because the weather is always good but we arent sure.

Any recommendations??

I hear you....I just feel like if we dont go on at least one more vacation now we wont be going anywhere for a long time once we have a baby. The house is almost complete and all the little things can be done a little at a time.

I afraid It totally is. I even discussed it w/the hub & he said NO way don't go right now for the reasons I mentioned. I do feel it is a trip you must do though. Heaven on earth Who knows maybe you can do it in a couple of years - things may pick up and change

oh and btw - Yes Hawaii was real cheap when compared to BB it was almost a pleasure to pay those prices after 1 week in Tahiti heaven

we went to the Excellence Riviera Cancun in Mexico. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for somewhere beautiful and relaxing where you and your DH will feel pampered all week.

So DH and I discussed it last night and were thinking about going to St. Maarten. Has anyone ever been here?? If so any hotel recommendations?

JennNicole suggested Barbados, does anyone know how the weather is there at the end of October. I am looking to go somewhere that we are almost guaranteed good weather especially since it is still hurricane season.

For our second anniversary in April we are going to Hong Kong and Krabi, Thailand for 2 weeks
