Since we never got to go to Cabo, which is still a sore spot for me... and everyone keeps asking me how my honeymoon was... to be perfectly honest it ******... ive been to vegas so many times, it was the last place i would have wanted to go....

What besides your honeymoon was your favorite vacation location? if wanna explain why, go for it...

I would have to say Ireland... we went there for a wedding in June 07... and it beautiful weather, sunshine till 10pm... and amazingly welcoming people...

aside from the honeymoon i would have to say the Bahamas.. DH & i have been there 3 times & absolutely love it!! the beaches are gorgeous and we always have an amazing time whenever we go... it's also where DH proposed back in July 2008

Our HM turned out not to be a favortive vacation spot. we both agree Aruba is our favorite so far.... maybe not as quiet,secluded and romantic as other place, but still the best island, best food, best weather, best hotels, best casinos!!!
I absolutely loved the greek islands too!

Don't feel bad Ang, our 'honeymoon' ******, too.

We went to Bermuda for the eleventy billionth time, with all of DH's family, and had a total of 2 hours alone.

And it's not that I don't love Bermuda, it's just that we've been there on our past 3 or 4 cruises and I'm a little sick of it.

I think my fave vacation spot was Tortola if for no other reason than the swimming with the dolphins that we did there!

in 2008 we took a trip to sicily. rented a car and drove around the island. after a week we saw so many things, had so many adventures (hiking up mountains to a castle, seeing the ruins, eating amazzziing mozzerella, etc etc) and put 1100 miles on our rent-a-car.

definitely one of the best trips ever! mainly because everyday was an adventure and nothing was completely planned



but on our honeymoon cruise, our day in cabo was amazinnngggg and we definitely want to go back there again!!!

eta: another really good trip that most people dont think of -- seattle/victoria/vancouver. went there with DH and my folks for my dads bday. we were all pleasantly surprised at what a fun and pretty trip that was! i def recommend it!

We love cruises the most so our fav was def when we left our of PR and cruised the southern carribean! Our fav stop was prob Dominica... I love rainforests, waterfalls, hiking... anything outdoorsy that gets you away from the typical beach vacay! St Lucia gets a very cloose 2nd

This hasnt been asked but I'll throw it in anyways... My least fav was prob our last trip we went on to Cancun... I honestly hated the atmosphere there... I like to drink, but I felt like they really force it on you down there... Like if you're not waking up with a shot of tequila in your hand, you're not expreiencing cancun Also, I felt like there was really not much to do there besides go to the bars/clubs in town... I dunno, just not my cup of tea for a vacay!

* Oh, and a 1 week land vacay is just too boring to me... I'm bored of the same place after the 3rd day which is why I like cruising so much better... I feel like I'm completely active during a whole cruise! Getting the most of the the vacay KWIM?

i would have to say that our HM in Domincan Republic was the best vacation we have taken together because it was the first vacation we have taken alone together

Virginia Beach.. It sounds so small but DH and I went there a few years ago and we had SO much fun! We planned it out really well and filled our days with things to do, and had the best time ever on the board walk.

Montreal!

We loved it and we seriously considered moving there. The people were charming, the architecture is amazing, and the food was to die for.

It just would've been near impossible for me to secure a job there, so it'll just have to make do as a nearby vacation spot.
