92.3 K-Rock Transition

92.3 was the only current rock station on the radio and they switched it yesterday to TOP 40!!! Its now competing with Z100 and KTU. For Gods sake like we dont have enough crap music stations??? Thank God for Sirius

I think the problem is that K-rock lost MANY of their listeners years ago. It used to be heavy rock type music then changed for a while. I used to listen to it all the time but stopped and so did most people I know. I do remember when they announced the old K-rock is back and went back to their roots but unfortunately I think that change hurt them bc others just moved on.

We just ordered xm/sirius package because of this. We actually like Opie and Anthony and 92.3....Im tired of listening to the same 40 songs over and over. XM/sirius is awesome. I was listening to the 80's today then switched over to some jazz.....then to dance. All songs I havent heard in so long.

I was in Fla. does anyone know how O&A reacted? They must have been p!ssed.

This is so dumb. Driving down to Fla. and back I was so sad without my XM ( we didnt feel like setting it up ) we heard the same five songs over and over again no matter the state.

I never listen to regular radio, so it was ridiculous to hear that 'spin me round' song at least five times an hour!!! i wouldnt even want to hear a song that i LOVED, that often.

They were very pissed!

Actually did you hear them today? O&A fought each other i think for almost like 30 mins. It got very heated and they said some not nice things to each other. All true, but not nice lol
