All right, newlyweds...fess up!
SO, what did you receive from your registry that you don't use?Me: $200 food processor and $50 slow cooker. But, the food processor was from my aunt and I don't want to return it...oh, and $50 drink mixer that we only used once (from the best man's girlfriend, so we can't really return that either)

our coffee maker...we don't drink coffee regularly but I thought it was a good idea for company. I don't even remember who gave it to us.

Re: All right, newlyweds...fess up!
The only things I have used is the blender and wok. This is so sad, I still haven't unwrapped most of our gifts. When we got gifts from our registry in the mail they came with a packing slip saying what it was and who it was from, so no need to unwrap them. And the stuff I got at my shower is in NY at my parents house bc I still haven't figured out how I'll get it to Chicago.

Re: All right, newlyweds...fess up!
Almost two year slater and I never used my steamer and my ice cream maker. DH is the one that wanted the ice cream maker so bad but he rarely eats ice cream -we aren't home enough so we rarely eat treats. The steamer is cool but there is only two of us and the thing is too huge to take out and clean and use for two people worth of steamed veggies and such.

Almost everything is in the storage closet!! We have not used our blender, coffee maker, steamer, wok, electric griddle or fine china, for starters! Can you tell we don't cook so much?

I've yet to use the Kitchen Aid mixer that I so desperately wanted. I still illusions of grandeur that I'm going to bake not only bread but an assortment of pasteries...We are thinking of having a dinner party for the china and silver or else we will never use it

We have not used the stand mixer yet-I am very exicted about it, but it seems slight intimidating with all the attachments.

Salad spinner. I thought this was the greatest thing I hate soggy salad but it is so big.Everything is mostly in storage till we pick a house and move in.
Favorote give was the electric perk coffee pot. I've used that for company at least four times. Very handy

Re: All right, newlyweds...fess up!
We haven't used our China, crystal, or Nambe', but that is because they are still all packed away waiting for us to get a china cabinet. The one gift we have that we only used once and that was only just recently, was the rice steamer. While it is great and makes good rice - not really a necessity.
