The spice rack is sitting in the box next to the awesome swivel mirror that DH was supposed to put together 3 months ago!!!

all the boxes are opened and i'm using everything. the few things I realized I should not have registered for - i returned to BBB and got $ back a few weeks ago!

I just love the way you wrote that.

We have used just about everything.
We have a couple of picture frames that we can't use becasue we don't have any pictures to fit them, and a glass bowl.

We did get one very amusing gift though.
My grandmother arrived to our engagement party with a gift from her and a gift from her neighbor. When we opened the gift that her neighbor gave us it was a ceramic trinket with doves kissing and the doves were sitting on top of a huge swarovski crystal which was then attached to the base. It is made by swarovski so it must have been pretty expensive (given the size of that crystal). It was really beautiful, but the funny thing was that it smelled like moth balls and was full of dust.

when only took stuff out we knew we were going to us now. we are looking for a house and didn't want to bother to open everything up, pack it up and then unpack it again.

We have used nothing, we stored all the gifts in my Mothers two closets. We are demolishing the current house we live in and building a new one on the same property. Building may be delayed until the spring, those darn Architect Delays, So we just have to wait until it is built some time next year, Cant wait, it will be all like a surprise again...

I have used everything execpt a crock pot that we got for our e-party. I didn't ask or register for it.

most of the stuff is out, but the big stuff like the kitchenaid mixer and food processor are at FIL house b/c we can't fit that big stuff in our apartment.

I have so much stuff that is still in boxes! Most of it is stuff that goes in the dining room china closet...we're waiting for Fortunoff to deliver us a new one since we received a damaged one. I can't wait to clear the spare room of all those boxes...it looks like a tornado hit that room

majority i try to get recipes so that i could use the appliances and gadgets that dh made fun of me about registering for....secret: hes right about some of it....DONT TELL HIM

We have everything still in boxes in the second bedroom. We are buying a new house, and nothing gets use until we move.

I haven't used the food processor yet--I did want it, but I haven't cooked or baked anything that called for it yet. I've used my KitchenAid mixer a bunch of times, but not the processor (which is also a KitchenAid.) And I haven't used things like the huge roasting pain I wanted, it's really for a turkey or a very big roast beef, neither of which we're likely to cook in the summer!
