Pretend you were just starting to look for gowns and the gown you actually wore was discontinued or never made! What would you pick? Regardless of price!! I can't wait to see!

I would get something totally different... I would still have done the fitted look but I would have gone with more embellishment or just DEF NOT so plain...

I wanted this dress SO bad...but there was nowhere I could try it on. I refused to buy a dress that I couldnt see on and feel if I liked it, but this was definitly my first pick!
I would have gotten the Maggie sottero, all laced one, one of the 08 brides wore it...loveee it!

I wanted all lace and A-line, so no matter what it would have been similar to my dress. If I was doing it all over too, I think I would still go to Pronovias. They still have my dress and they have another thats super similar that I love also and has a little jacket.
But to add to the conversation... here is the dress I was originally searching for. I found a knock off of it and my mom said we should see if we could find the original just to see how much it was. I found it in Saks 5th Avenue in the city. It was a wopping $8000 and it weighed a ton. I would have passed out on the alter. But it was gorgeous. You could see all the hand lace and beading work that went into it. It was so fun just to have it on.

I almost bought this dress when I was freaking out that it was 3 weeks till my wedding and my dress still was not in! I would cheat on my dress with this one in a second! I adore it! And I think if I would have seen it before I bought mine I would have a whole different look!
This St. Pucci was major in person! It had pink pearls all over it... which you cant really see in the pic but it was stunning!

Dont get me wrong, i love my dress and i was very happy with it! it was what i always pictured it to be, but seeing other girls dresses and styles i could have done something a little more over the top, and maybe a litte more form fitting, but still with a poof...something like this maybe!
I saw this one on the Maggie website and I went to like 6 stores looking for it… even a Maggie trunk show and no one had it! I could have totally hated it in person but for some reason I loved it in the picture.
I don’t want to search for too many others bc now I’d be like Ohhh I should have gotten THAT one!
