my videographer! he was the one that was on fox five problem solvers. we did get our tape, but unedited and svhs format....he only had to spend 3 months in jail for all the problems he caused.

I will answer this queston now, we (as you know) are not happy with the proofs, BUT, we need to talk to the photographer and the studio - which will be later today, or tomorrow

I am going to refrain from posting the company's name until I get this cleared up.

Ahh, Simple Silhouettes (Simple Dress), where I got my bridesmaid dresses. Such a problem when the girl I was dealing with left and then they sent out the dresses LATE even though I ordered them WAY ahead of time and sent my MOH the wrong DRESS and then refused to send the new one until they got the old one, even though we barely had time to get it altered. All this and ATTITUDE, I was so upset.

I did not give Lestans a great rating but I would have gotten the girl's dresses elsewhere, they are understaffed and rude.

I do NOT like Bridal Couture of Manhasset- and I did NOT give them A+++++++++++.

all of my vendors I gave an A+ to I honestly meant- I know a lot of Brides on here probably feel the need to give an A+ rating to justify their decisions and $$ they spent..

because most of my vendors where friends of the family or work associates I had nothing to fear-

My Mom is a professional jazz musician, so I knew my band would kick rear!

My photographer was my schoolmate from college who has her on studio and a BFA in photography.

I used to work at the Milleridge Inn so I knew the florists there very well.

I never understood the A++, A+++++, A+++++++, what is that? You have to count the pluses to determine a good vendor? : D

I gave an honest review, I gave my DJ what he deserved an 8 , the rest got 10's and I really have to say I was honest & totally happy with my choices, I should be after researching them like it was a life & death matter! LOL!

Everyone got an honest review and although I didn't see my pics when I did my review, I did it based on my enjoyment of working with Steve.
Same with my video, but how can Wild Rose be bad? They can't!

Oh how could I forget the guys at Zellers, who made an error on all the tux and then when we returned them wanted to charge us for their error. My husband got stink and loud and very professional on them, wow that man never knew what hit him. Never again, at least the one in King's Plaza.

As almost all of your know my cake tasted good, but look awful, nothing like I wanted, even though I had a color photo of what it was supposed to look like. It came from Caravelle's (sp?) in Syssoset. The Hamlet orders from them. But I never gave them an Asuper plus rating anyway.

I would say it here...but I think many of you know my vendors...so I wouldn't want to hurt their business...and I don't want to be deleted by LIW...considering what has happened in the past...and the vendor did a lot to make up for what I was upset about...so I'll keep MO to FM

I have to change my review on one vendor, Flower Michele. Although, I realized this after my review. The flowers were gorgeous, don't get me wrong. The thing is, we had these glass swan centerpieces for our reception, two per table. He asked us to give him extras in case of breakage. So we gave him 10 (!) extra. So he tells DH on our wedding day that there was an accident in the store and guess what, exactly 10 broke! YEAH, I DON'T THINK SO. Mighty convenient.

He told DH that he cut his hand pretty bad, so DH feels bad, and doesn't want to ask for reimbursement. I've been ****ed ever since.

I want to send him a 'Thank You' saying I hope he's enjoying the swans! Bastard!

I was furious at the Limo company we used. The problem was with the bus that we booked. Never arrived where he were supposed to pick up Vinnie's Family .... made us about 30 minutes late for our ceremony! Then Later, he decided NOT to pick up some of our guests at the Wyndham to bring them to the reception.

What a nighmare!!!

This was not a LIW vendor & I haven't really seen their names mentioned, but if anyone is chartering a bus through a local company, they might want to fm me!

Is F the lowest rating you can give?!

Jenn - I hear you, it is pretty amusing. I just can't believe it! He was nothing but a pleasure to work with, and so accomodating. Then this.

I would hope he's telling the truth, and maybe he is, but it's just way too convenient that exactly the amount of extras he was given is the amount that broke. Whatever.
