Who's going home tonight??

I really don't know who it might be this time. Maybe Kris? I hope it's not Matt (even tho it might be) because I really like him. Personally, if it was all up to me, I'd say adios to Adam ( -i know, know). I just don't like his style at all. He's a good singer, but not the type that I would ever want to listen to for more than one song. So needless to say, I would not be one to buy or download his music. Every time he reaches one of those girly high notes, I just cringe. But i think he'll still be the winner no matter what I have to say on the matter.lol. Or at least he'll be in the Top 2 at the end. oh well

What's everyone else's predictions for this week???

Matt has to be going home. He just isn't something to look out for anymore I think.

I will make my final predictions right now:

Danny and Adam in the final 2.

With Danny possibly winning. :)

I agree. There's a good chance Matt will be leaving us tonight.

As for final predictions - yes, Danny! I forgot about him. He definitely has potential to be in the Top 2. I would really like to see Allison make it far tho also. I think it suckss that she's been in the bottom 3 several times.

I <3333 Matt.. I really don't want him to go.

My faves are Matt, & Danny..

Send Allison home!

I agree that Matt might go home but i hope not. Me personally, i would send Adam home so he can go start his broadway career.

there's really not a good group this year. And yet every season (including this one) Randy Jackson has to announce that it's 'The Best Top ___ to date!'

EVERY season cannot be the best. I'm sorry Randy, you're talking out of your @ss again. This group is definitely not better than any past ones.

really I think this is one of there better years! the year with sanjia! (sp) is the worst!

I think its going to come down to Matt and Kris.
Danny blew me away and while I think Adam has a great voice and great range, he is way too theatrical for me. Not very marketable to me.

Oh boy - I remember sanjaya!! That was a pretty bad one. I think for me - Season 3 & 4 were my ultimate favorites. None since have even compared

DH listens to Howard Stern, and at the time he kept making fun of me for watching it, and then to bust my b@lls some more, he told me that he was going to do what Howard Stern was telling everyone to do and vote for Sanjiya lol
I was so pissed.

I think the season with Carrie was the best!

And yesss - Carrie's season was the best! I loved her group. That was Season 4 (one of my favs)

That was actually before the time when I stopped watching AI. I was so upset that Carrie won and Bo didn't. I hated her for so long, then I heard her music and now I am in love with her lol

I think Matt will go home and I think its his time, compared to those left in the competition he is the weakest one and last nights performance I thought was horrible.

Ive been really bored with Danny the past few weeks, he sounds the same on every song and picked horrible songs but last night i thought he did well. As a star though, who would he appeal to, he is more like slow listening, not really pop, not R&B, kinda like a michael bolton lol

Kris-i used to hate but he has gotten better. He did 2 performances that i thought were great. Vocally though, compared to Adam, Allison and Danny, he doesn't compare but his style is very different and has his own following. He has more of that John Mayer style. Plus the girls love him so they will vote for him bc of that. He is ok

Allison-She is AMAZING!!!! her voice is different and that style of music appeals to so many. I think Randy was right when he said she sounded like Pink. Unfortunately not sure how much further she will go bc for some reasons audiences arent liking her that much. She has been in the bottom 3 several times, and now shes left with 3 people who have NEVER been in the bottom 3(Adam, Kris, Danny) So i am gonna guess Matt is out tonight, Allison next week and the 3 other guys will be final 3.

Adam-I LOVE Adam, and no matter if you like him or not, its him who everybody talks about the next day, some of the others have forgettable performances and nothing to really write about. Being a star is all about that. He doesn't just stand there and sing but puts on a show which the others are lacking. Its one thing to watch them on AI but its a different story to pay to see one of them in concert and have to sit there watching them for an hour. As much as I love Allison, she wouldn't be able to do this now. ALSO, sorry but i have to bring this up. EVERYBODY keeps saying he is too broadway, ok i know he did broadway well not broadway in NYC which is the real b'way but play's in LA. Now if he came on the show singing show tunes i'd understand but his style of singing has nothing to do with Broadway, its quite different. Most broadway plays ive seen, none of the songs sounded like that. If he had never done plays, then NOBODY would've even thought to say he is too Broadway bc what he is doing on AI is nothing like Broadway. Some say bc of his performances but isnt this what artists do now, look at concerts and so many pop acts like Britney, Madonna, and half the artists out there, they put on shows, play different characters in their shows, its how to keep the crowd entertained.

ALSO, today there was an article about itunes leaking the most downloaded AI contestants by accident. AI producers have said not to do this while they're still in the competition. They showed the top 10 AI songs dl'ed. 6 of them were adam's, 3 were Kris's, and 1 was by Danny. So obviously there is a market for Adam, more so than the others bc its him they're dl;ing more than the other contestants.

OMG I totally agree I don't like Adam either...sorry..I love Danny even though I don't think he will win? I also like Matt who won't win either...maybe Chris will go..

awww - goodbye Matt Even though I saw it coming, it still made me sad to see him go. I just love that guy - he seems like such genuine good person who deserves to make it big. Plus he's got such a nice voice. I think he'll still do something with himself though.

As for the rest of the show - - I was pretty surprised by the Bottom 3.

Can you believe Adam was in the bottom 2? I've never been so happy this season. lol. I think he needed a bit of a reality check. He was getting a little to cocky for my taste
