anniversary getaway..

anniversary getaway..

hi girls, DH want to do something for our anniversary (in May). we don't want to go away away, and we don't want to spend a lot of money... just maybe local or an over night trip. my MIL already offered to watch the baby for the weekend any suggestions?

we love seaside...yes despite the show lol..we go every year and always have fun on the boardwalk
we also have gone to mohegan sun and mystic..both those paces were great

i love newport ! i went to school there so i might be bias ..... quick trip, budget friendly , just walking and driving through the mansions is so fun

I think you mentioned that you like Broadway music (I can be thinking of someone else though!). Maybe go see a show in NY and then have the night to yourselves?

Definitely Boston! We went there right after our wedding and had the most amazing time!!!

Have DH pick out the show and restaurant and maybe he'll get more excited about it :). You guys can always just sleep at home after that instead of a hotel...I'm sure the night to yourselves--whether it's in a hotel or not--will still be wonderful!
