Any good CROKPOT Recipes to share????

I really want to try using our Crockpot more during the week -- just for the sake it's so easy to make a yummy dinner to come home to. And the house smells so good too!! And there's almost no work involved and best of all just one pot to clean up after dinner

Please share your favorites!!

My crockpot is still in a box in the basement. I hope some good recipes will inspire me to use it.

Pulled pork. I made it for the Super Bowl & people went nuts!

I bought a big old pork butt (mmmm... appetizing), added BBQ sauce, honey, ketchup & the packet of McCormichs Pulled Pork Seasoning. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Pull the meat apart weith 2 forks (hence the pulled part) and cook for a little more. Serve on rolls. I served with cornbread, cole slaw and baked beans. We had so much fun!

Oh - you can do about the same recipe with ribs, minus the seasoning packet. I use 2 cups Sweet baby Rays BBQ sauce, 1 cup ketchup, a BIG squirt of honey or brown sugar, and a few dashed of tabasco (optional).

Turkey breast is good!!

Can of chicken broth...
cut up celery & onions and stuff inside the turkey, I also leave some out.
Butter the entire turkey.....sprinkle with poultry seasoning & lemon juice!

6 hours on high...done!

come home...make a side (mashed potatoes...corn...) & then you have a thanksgiving dinner.

I do Beef with gravy

buy either roundsteak or beef stew meat... coat in flour and brown in a pan first.
Add to crockpot and add 2 packages of brown gravy mix with the water, some mushrooms and onions.
Let it cook all day and when you come home just make some egg noodles and a salad and you are good to go.

I also do Pepper steak which is basically the same recipe but instead of the gravy add sliced green peppers, sliced onions and a can of diced tomatoes. I serve this with rice.

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups beef broth
3 potatoes, diced

DIRECTIONS
Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the garlic, bay leaf, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, onion, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and celery.

Cover, and cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving
