ANy Social Workers here??

Hello fellow Newlyweds!
My mother in law isn't doing too good, but doesn't need a nursing home just yet. If there are any social workers that work for Suffolk county, or the state, can you please FM me?

I almost don't want to help her cause she STILL smokes, but keep reminding myself this is for my husband and his brothers and sisters. I could use any help and information anyone may have.
