Anyone been to Seattle?

DH and I are trying to think of some non-beach vacation options for this year and Seattle is something we are looking into. Anyone been for a vacation?

I was there for 2 days several years ago and loved it!! I didn't do too much - they had a waterfront, market place, space needle, some great walking around districts.

I've been up there a bunch of times for weekends. I really like it. Though it rains alot, its never rained on any of our trips.

We have friends up there so most trips were spent visiting, though we always go to Pikes Place market. We also canoe-ed down one of the lakes, did a hike in the mountains, went to the Rock & Roll Museum.

Don't miss the crab chowder at Elliots - its incredible.

DH and I went to Seattle and then to Vancouver for our honeymoon and had a great time. We were actually in Vancouver longer, but definitely would go back to Seattle. We rented a car, tried to go to Mt. Rainier, got lost up in the mountains, but had a great time!
