I swear...whenever I speak to someone from that company I just want to jump thru the phone & strangle them! Their employees are just so arrogant...especially when they are trying to sell you something! Please Verizon....bring me Fios NOW!!!!!!!!! (vent over)

Anytime I call to complain i make sure I get something free for the month. Call again and tell them you are thinking of getting direct tv since the service is so bad and what are they going to do to keep you.

No...they called to sell me some more service & i ended up going off on the guy...saying their customer service SUUCKS!!!!! They are soooo obnoxious when they say you have Verizon...

i hear you on this one. I had that problem with them a lot living up there and now I have it with Brighthouse (which is similar to Cablevision down here in FL). i have had no phone for the past day and I am pissed. Tried calling and talking to someone and all i get is you will be credited. Uh yea i thank you for that but i do need a phone. . They couldn't answer why i had internet but no phone usually when the phone goes it is because of the internet. I am definitely getting Verizon and can't wait until Fios comes out here.

Cablevision [or Optimum over here in the Town of Islip] is ATROCIOUS! I had their service when we moved in and it was nothing but headaches. We quickly switched to FiOS once it was available in our area and IT ROCKS!! I LOATHED having to call the Cablevision people. There were rude and incompetent jerk0ffs!

I CANNOT wait for Fios to come to Hampton Bays! And the locals would like it because the wires wouldn't be an eyesore!

All I know is that we had cablevision-constantly had aproblem but the $ was good, our one year with the triple play was up so DH called and wanted to get our bill back down (it went up over 70 dollars ) and they flat out said NO, THEN laughed when he said I will get Verizon then the girl on the phone actually said 'good luck its not in your area' yeaaaaaa its not? ha thats why my disconnect date with them is the 14th b/c Verizon is coming in to install it effin smart asss
