You have to buy what you need for the class, it's not included right? I think you said it was only $20 a class.

When I called the riverhead store they said with discout for march it was $15 a class

You buy the kits (its like a few tips and disposable bags and I think some icing colors and a book). I think it's like 10-20. Most times they give you a discount on the class when you buy the kit when u sign up.
Then you will have to make your own cake and icing to bring to class. First you just start w/ icing, no cake- so just icing first (shortening and confectioners sugar w/ vanilla).
The one i took, we did a rainbow cake and we were all assigned an icing color and shared (I didnt eat that cake b/c who knows what people do w/ their icing at home)
