I can't believe you are baking in this heat!!!

but I'm in a fight with Pam right now. Pam ruined a bunch of my pans. It leaves a residue that you can't get off the stainless steal pans. No more pam for me.

Thats exactly what I was saying. I'm very anal about my pans. no Pam for me!

I got this to make brownies in.

Now I would NEVER indulge in 'special' brownies, nor make them (I would not even know where to get the ingredients), But I was thinking this would be great for 'special' brownies.

No joke. This pan is FAAAABBBB for brownies. I got 2 from Sur la Table in Manhasset and they make amazing brownies!!!!

All I did was buy a large cake decorating bag. put the batter in it, cut a hole at the bottom, and voilla. You could also use a ziploc bag that is cut as well.

U should use alum foil reynolds preferrably & then spray the pam. Not direct onto pan. Best way.

No matter what pan i always spray it with pam. That way the brownies dont stick to tehbttom & the come out way easier.

I did spray with pam!!! lol

I'm telling you, Crisco in the tub form is the way to go! Nothing sticks!

I ALWAYS use crisco. I won't use pam, because of the propellants. Over time it leaves a residue on the pams that you can't get off.

Yes u should use Reynolds alum foil & spray pam onto that. Boy after all of this im glad i cook & not bake. lol lol lol

I have a pan that the bottom pushes up that is just for brownies. I forgot about it at lunch today until I got home.
