my sister's friend had a similar problem with her videographer and her DH threatened to sleep outside the door of the studio every day and harass all potential customers. Of course he didnt, but they shaped up and gave them a video....ONE YEAR LATER.
Im so sorry this bs is happening to you guys.

Have you ladies contacted the Attorney General's office. I know a while back they got involved in something similar. Reach out to their consumer fraud bureau, look on their website and call them up.

I just sent you an email. I got something from the BBB.
I know... lol.. why show up? But he did pull that crap the night before my wedding. I was nuts looking for replacement. The whole story is sooooo long!
