Camping Trip Girls **UPDATE AT BOTTOM**

Ok so im starting to look into camp sites...
these are the ones i came up with so far, if im missing one you think would be good let me know...

Tobyhanna State Park- PA (ive been here before! really nice, by a lake tho, and i dont think you are techically allowed to drink, but we did!!)

DH has been to kittatiny before & says it's really nice & the river is right across from the campgrounds...just an FYI

Ive been there too and they have campsites right on the river and never had a problem with drinking there. We always had a big party group when we went and never had issues.

Kittatiny is what Vin mentioned, we have been there and its beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah ive been hearing good things about that place!! im going to look more into that one!!

The Kittatiny Place has PAINTBALL!! LOL we all know how much Chris and I love that!!

They also have rafting, tubing, etc!! Looks pretty sweet!!

Its about a 2-3 hour drive, depending on where you are coming from, from out house in westbury(cuz we better be living in it by this time) is about 2 1/2 hours!

I emailed them for some information.
it says that each campsite will hold 4-12 people! but i feel 12 people in one campsite might be kinda cramped!!

here are their rates
$11 - for the campsite
$7 extra - if its a prime site (right on the river)
and then $13 per person.

so it would either be $37 per couple, or $44 if we get a prime site but thats if we all get our own campsite so its going to be cheaper cuz im sure we will share campsites. (also not sure if you get charged the campsite fee 2x's if you are going for 2 nights so might be a little more if we do two nights) i asked that question too!

Im not sure what you guys prefer with the location of the campsite but i figure we can just get where ever they have a bunch next to each other that way all the campsites are all next to each other! Even tho we will prob pile into one campsite like we did the night of TWOTY in room 211!! LOL

Next we gotta think of a date!!! this will prob be the hard part! i know jenny mentioned May which works...my nephews first bday is May 20th!! so im pretty sure the party will be the weekend of the 22nd but i gotta find out when the party is first before we pick the end of may! maybe the 29th but that is prob memorial day weekend hmmm?? gotta ask my brother, cuz i cant miss my godsons 1st bday!!! lol

suggestions on dates please!!

So I kinda think i ruined my baby shower but whatever....

My mom said the weekend of the 29 is the only weekend i would be able to go because she wont tell me what weekend it is (Hey, atleast now I know to dress up every weekend)

Jess if 5/29 is Memorial Day weekend I don't think that would be the best idea. It would be PACKED! So I think it's a blessing in disguise. I think this place sounds AWESOME!!
