Cancelled or Canceled?

Is it right either way? I spell checked my e-mail and both ways came up as correct.

Re: Cancelled or Canceled?

Webster's Dictionary shows both:

'Cancel \Can'cel\, v. i. [imp. & p. p. Canceled or Cancelled;' etc.
