we don't have Carvel in Colorado But we do have Dairy Queens, so that makes up for it
OMG Dairy Queen is SO GOOD!!! I hate how they advertise in NY but there are no DQ's in NY!!!!!
They are in NJ...close enough!
Btw, I also hate those Sonic commercials. There are none around here. That place has the best drinks EVER!
Yeah - that's where I've had one.....but it's sorta irrational to drive all the way from LI to NJ for ice cream, lol.

That's the rest of the USA for ya. In MI it was the same way. There is also nothing to do there but eat....and people wonder why it was one of the fattest states in America .

it's so true!! Colorado does seem awfully unhealthy. Like when I go to restaurants, I'm used to checking out the 'healthy section' which does not seem to exist at any places here. Almost anywhere in NY you can find a selection of healthier food (some even include WW stuff). It's odd how it's just not important here. And there's no health stores either (like a trader joes or something). Even our regular grocery stores don't seem to carry things that are essential to me (like fat free yogurt, Ezekiel bread, so on & so forth).
What a shame. On the other hand though, country boys DO seem a lot more attracted to women with curves & some meat on their bones. So I guess it evens out. lol.

Me and Dh went last night and got our free iceream. I got the rootbeer float and he got the orand creamsicle...It was yummy!!! Thanks for the post.... I love free stuff!
