Christmas Cards

I was wondering if any of you happened to see any Christmas cards with the 'from the Newlyweds' or Our First Christmas together . This is our first married Christmas and I wanted to send our friends and family something cute.

Re: Christmas Cards

This is bothering me because I swore I saw something just recently that was like Merry Christmas from the Newlyweds. I will keep thinking of where I saw it and let you know if I remember.

I wanted to send this out last year and Gary nixed it! I made them in Photoshop, I thought it was pretty funny!

That picture is great! I guess I could try to make them. I am just not crafty, but I can try!

Re: Christmas Cards

This is sooo funny that b/c I recently called a card company that does personalized cards. I wanted to see if they carried anything like this and they said no.

Re: Christmas Cards

Stef, were they Christmas songs, or just regular songs?

This is such a cool idea. I just might steal it from you!

Re: Christmas Cards

Yes, just Christmas songs. Im guessing I will eventually just run out of songs I like though :D

When i first did it, everyone thought it was pretty original but a few of my friends do it too now. Its a lot of work but people seem to like it and its a lot more practical than cards to me. :D

Re: Christmas Cards

ooooooh!! The confetti is a good idea too.

But the last time I used confetti in cards (my engagement party invites), I got a lot of 'less than thrilled' reactions.

Some people have no sense of festivity!!

Re: Christmas Cards

I'm putting that confetti in my cards- I don't care- I'm hoping it will be funny because our faces will be on it!

I also made a bag of that confetti for my grandparent's 50th anniversary party to decorate the tables with!

Re: Christmas Cards

I'm trying to set up a referral program so everyone gets 5% off.. so I'll let you know if I get it.. that way we can all get $ off when we need to use it...

I saw pictures of it scattered around centerpieces & it's so cute- I wish I new about it for my friend's bridal shower- I would have done pictures of her & her FH and scattered them around the centerpieces!

Sassy, I think that is cute. And they aren't tiny are they? That tiny confetti is annoying, I think this would be fun!!

Re: Christmas Cards

They are pretty big.. a little bigger than a nickle.. then the accent colors are about the size of a dime.
