co-ops /condos behind ducks stadium?

does any one live or know about them???? DH had delivered some furniture there and said they are really great and since my job is so far east were really looking into them. so i wanted to know if anyone knew any info

They are called Courthouse Commons. It's Central Islip. They are beautiful! We looked at them but they are priced a little out of our range. If you search on MLSLI you can see pics of the model. I believe they start at 295 for the smallest model without a garage. HTH!

thanks so much erin.. thats really helpfull and prob way out of our price range as well.. but DH is looking at his freinds mothers house thats up for 400k hes out of his mind!
