DH and I have a gift card to waterzooi in Garden City and I am planning on using it this Sat. night. I wanted to make it a real date night and I was thinking of going to a comedy club. I checked brokerage, governor's, and one out in bohemia I think - mc-something ... no one interesting is playing. There's got to be some in queens, right? I searched on yahoo yellow pages near garden city and only came up with the ones I knew and NYC clubs. I don't really want to go into NYC (but I'm going to check who's playing because if it's someone really good, I would).
Anyone got any advice?

there's governor's in levittown but I've never been there so I can't comment on it. If you do decide to go into the city I can recommend a good improv show

I just found out that Greg Berendt is playing caroline's this weekend ... it's $32 pp though, not sure if I should spend that now, with me out of a job ... but he's hilarious.
