Confused - is this common?

So we are getting hardcopy proofs (over 1400) shipped to us and I asked about a high res DVD or some kinda of online access. The receptionist said we get to pick our fave 150 for a DVD/online access.

Weird?

We booked so long ago I don't remember any of the terms. Guess I should dig up the contract.

I am pretty furious but I didn't want to unleash on the secretary without checking our contract (although my 'unleashing' is like me just not saying please and thank you - this is where my husband comes into play). However, I KNOW that doesn't sound familiar or like anything we would have signed up for.

I'm really hoping its just late on a friday workday and a very young secretary is confused...?
