Delicious and Healthy Recipes!

Hi Ladies,

A friend of mine (who used to post here...so hi Erica!) shared this website with me. It has some really delicious and healthy meal ideas. I have made the mashed cauliflower (with some minor subs to make it even a tad healthier) and the carrot cake muffins. I really want to try everything on her site!

I know a lot of us are trying to be healthy, lose weight, or are just looking for new foods so take a look!

THe muffins were delicious! As was the cauliflower. I want to make the mexican lasagna...the feta/spinach burgers..the pizzuchini ...i could go on and on!

Thank you for sharing! Since the wedding I've been cooking like Paula Deen. Ya know, butter, butter, and more butter. But now its back to prewedding meals! Lol
