Dessert 'bar' ideas...

Dessert 'bar' ideas...

So for DH's surprise 30th birthday party (at a local bar - open bar and appetizer platters) I thought I would end the night with a dessert 'bar' - like a candy bar at a wedding but with desserts to take home instead. I figure they'll take them home because who eats desserts when they're drinking right? So I need easy suggestions - easy since I'll be making them on the sly since DH doesn't know about the party. So far I'm thinking

rice krispie treats
red velvet sandwich cookies
brownies
cupcakes
sugar cookies cut out to the number 30
chocolate covered pretzels

What else might be nice? Think these are enough? There will be about 25 or so people.

Joey if you're reading this please post on here and tell me if you think it's a good idea!

That sounds delicious! I have a great and super easy/quick recipe for fudge in the NW cookbook thread if you want to sneak a peek...the only issue may be if DH is out of the house for a long enough period of time that you can cool it in the fridge without him seeing.
