...this morning at like 7am. He said he walked right by the front door and went around the side... And my house is way off the street...so who was this guy and what the heck was he doing on my property? DH said there was no car...so i don't think it was LIPA...he grabbed a dog & bat and went to find him but didn't see him...weird!

yeah usually the freaks came out when he was gone on business...some drunk Navy guy rang the doorbell at 2am once asking for a ride to the base in CT

Make sure your doors are locked at all times and also, have a weapon by your bedside. A nice big heavy plumber's wrench can do a lot of damage!! And if you see him again when you are home alone, call 911.

Thats frickin scary Kath. definelty keep the phone by your bedside. Cell phone too. God forbid anythign happens to landliens keep that cell charged and right there and available.

hahaha...no the light is what attracted the 2am drunk! haha.
I always keep everything locked & DH laughs at me calling me paranoid....i think now he realizes i am not!

This is going to be a stupid question possibly...where are your utilities such as your poles that run wires to your house? Are they in your backyard or under the ground?
