Did you or your parents and IL's........

pick the pictures for their albums. I was just thinking. we started doing that, but then I thought, maybe they should choose since its their albums.

what do you ladies do?

We gave the proof books to our parents to let them choose what they wanted, since they are their books.

My mom had my proof books for 2 weeks & she picked her own...Once she had them & was narrowing it down, she asked me for opinions.

My MIL picked her over Memorial Day weekend when we were in the Pocono's.

I did not find it fair to pick them as it is their album!!!

yep, they are each getting their own time to pick them.

since i have all the proofs on a disc, i am even making them copies of all the photos they liked for their memories!

we picked most of them. Live live far away and they were not digital.

I helped my mother pick hers. DH's parents will get the proofs for a few days and then we will pick ours.

we didn't get an album package. we only decided we wanted a digital album after we saw our beautiful pics.

we got both our parents photo books from kodak gallery. they came ut beautiful and cost about $100 for BOTH! and that was with a ton of pics!

ETA: we picked the pictures for both albums, our parents love their photo books!

They picked whatever pictures they wanted for there albums and if they wanted extra pictures added they paid for the extras.

I picked my parents' only because they live in FL and weren't going to be able to see the proofs before I did the albums. I only got one for my parents. Dh's parents passed away.

You were all so generous... I brought the proofs over and told them they had to go through them and pick that night!!!! LOL... otherwise, those proofs would have never seen the light of day again...
