Meat tortellini and prosuitto sauce with a salad and some sauteed artichokes...

Uggg I feel nauseous and hungry at the same time is that possible?!?!?! I made DH pick up low fat chicken salad from the bagelry, that will be dinner tonight!

I bought a rottiserie (sp?) chicken yesterday at BJs so we are having that tonight with baked potatoes and brussel sprouts I think, or some other veggie.

Ohh I totally forgot that AI is starting tonight!! Thanks for the reminder!

I defrosted chicken cutlets to make paninis....what else can I put in them besides swiss cheese?

DH made pork chops for him and chicken for me with Rice. I will also make some veggie but I know he won't eat them!

i actually made meatloaf from a recipe that i notebooked on here. It was from luvabul, so thanks! DH really liked it (he did not like the last meatloaf i made ) I also made a pasta side dish from Knorrs and wax beans.

since i was sick defrosted tomato sauce with meat and spaghetti for dh but I did bake whole wheat bread (two circle loafs from scratch) with roasted garlic and basil - YUM.

But I am now bored and feeling better so I am cooking tomorrow nights dinner of chicken breast grilled with cabbage, garlic, onion and peppers in a citrus orange and spicy (hot and sour) sauce.

nothing new tonight, just leftovers of my fabulous Cheese Stuffed Shells
