Well to make them homemade is quite a process bc you have to make the shells from scratch and all that...I cant help you there By me they have a few nice italian markets that sell homemade shells that just need to be heated up...a populat brand at say Walbaums is Celentano if you dont have a good italian market Celentano is good

Catie I will ask DH how he make them. He makes the filling but buys the shells. It isn't hard.
