I do not. They have not offered and I have not asked to. My parents said the same about DH. 'We already have 2 kids that call us mom and dad and although we love him like a son, our names are just fine.' So what about you guys!!

eh, I go back and forth. Kinda like I do with my (step)dad. I want to call him dad, but I've been calling him Tim for so long that it just rolls off my tongue. And I also think subconsciously it's hard b/c of my dad who passed away.
Calling the inlaws mom and dad has always been the way it's done in both our families...I say it now more as a joke b/c it's not comfortable. Plus, I realize I can't call my FIL dad and not my step dad.
ETA: DH calls my mom 'mom' and is very comfortable with it. And he calls my stepfather 'Paw' b/c he thinks he looks like a Paw.
I adore my MIL and FIL so I do call them Mom and Pop. My MIL asked me when we got engaged what I wanted to call them (i always used their first names since they told me to). At first I didn't know what to say and she said feel free to call us Mom and Dad or you can call us by our first name...whatever you are comfortable with. I have a very close relationship with my Mom and I call her Mommy anyway so it doesn't feel weird to call my MIL 'Mom' since I never really call my Mom anything but Mommy anyway. My DH calls my Mom 'Mom' as well...but she referes to herself as Mom #2 when she calls/emails him directly. It is really cute.

It's funny.... I never called them any name. Wierd right? they don't speak english well, and I only see them about 5 times a year. Of course I speak to them when I see them, but I don't know what I should be calling them

I mean I guess if I was standing across the room from her and needed her attention I'd say Pam....I don't know if I could get the word Mom out my mouth. I love my in laws but I don't know if I could call someone else my mom or dad!

i call them mom and dad although it is very weird coming out of my mouth or hearing me say it.
My parents are divorced and i was raised my my mother so to call someone else mom is a but awkward. I dont mind calling FIL dad b/c he is more of a father than my own..

I do, I call my MIL mom all the time, where as my FIL most of the time I call him dad but sometimes I dont. It depends I guess on the situation

Nope. Love my mom and dad too much to even share that title with my in-laws. After 5 plus years it is a struggle for them to be fake nice and come kiss hello. Too bad for them because I'm not going anywhere now .

same here!!! except, my ILs don't have to struggle to be fake nice to me (and that's just crap, Kath!) but only my mom and dad get called mom and dad!!! i call my ILs by their first names. i don't think i could ever call my FIL 'dad' anyway. he's so not dad-like

i dated dh for about 7 years....they were always mr & mrs......they and dh insisted on mom and dad. so its a little bit of an adjustment....but mom and dad it is.

hell f*cking no---i have ONE mom and ONE dad...that's it. no one else will ever receive that title. for me its just something that i could never do....i would feel it would be disrespectful to my parents if i referred to anyone else like that.
my MIL is nice---but i call her by her first name. and its no secret how much i hate my DHs dad (refuse to even think of him as FIL)
