I do not. They have not offered and I have not asked to. My parents said the same about DH. 'We already have 2 kids that call us mom and dad and although we love him like a son, our names are just fine.' So what about you guys!!

Re: Do you call your inlaws MOM and DAD??

Is it weird that I really don't ever call them anything?? lol
I mean I guess if I was standing across the room from her and needed her attention I'd say Pam....I don't know if I could get the word Mom out my mouth. I love my in laws but I don't know if I could call someone else my mom or dad!
That's exactly me!! I really try not to call them anything haha I would rather just walk up to them and start a convo rather than calling their name first. I'm not sure why, but I think it has something to do with the fact that I am terrible with names, and although I would never forget my inlaws names, I still worry that I will slip somehow and call them something else! Also, when I am talking about MIL to DH or my mom I always use a funny nickname that I have derived from her name and I am petrified that I am going to slip and call her THAT one day! I have actually tried to break myself of the habbit of calling her that behind her back so that I won't be able to slip but it's hard! I think it's a cute nickname, but I would not want to be the first to call her it!
