Do you shower or sleep with your rings?

I take off my rings as soon as I get home, I never wear my rings around the house.

Same here. I am so worried about damaging them.

I sleep and shower with them ! I am scared I will loose them if I take them off

Our ring guy told us to NEVER sleep with our rings on.

When you sleep, your hands are at your side and fluid tends to sit in your fingers and not circulate as well. The rings cut off your body's ability to circulate that fluid - when you wake up, you notice your rings are tighter. When you wake up, shower, move around a bit, your body circulates this fluid and then its easier to put your rings on. He said over time, this lack of circulation and fluid can cause like a 'sausage finger' on your ring finger which is a build up of that fluid. He was saying if you sleep with it every night for years and years and years.

Not sure if this is 100% true or not, but it makes a lot of sense, so me and DH don't sleep with them anymore.

i wear them all the time, otherwise I'd lose them.

except when I make meatloaf or meatballs, then i take them off so they dont get disgusting

Nope, I usually take my rings off as soon as I get home and put them back on when I leave again
