DH and I just found out that good friends of ours is having a baby and im sooo happy for them! But now im def getting the baby itch;;..but DH doesnt want one yet so im stuck waiting uhhhh
anyone else in the same boat?

I totally have the baby itch!!! I can't wait and either can DH...he came into the bedroom the other day out of nowhere and was like I can't wait till we have a little one running around, it was really cute. We are currently trying too so wish us luck!

I do have the itch..I have wanted a baby since I was a baby but we didnt live together before we got married and since we are only 24 days in I think we'll hold off. So my official answer is 'Were waiting a year probaly two'

I am having a crazy baby itch!!! DH and I just got back from San Diego, and we went to Sea World and the zoo . . .all I can say is baby city!!!! I was like, 'Oh, how cute . . .look over there . . .ahhhh' more baby site seeing than animal site seeing !!! DH was laughing. I think he is on board too. We haven't started trying though. We'll see what happens this month

I feel like DH and I are odd or something- we are both 30 and no itch- we want to have kids someday but there are so many things to do first- everyone assumes that we want one right away since we married a little older- and all dh's friends are working on their second kids- sometimes I feel like we should, but just not there yet

You still have some time. It's a decision that Dh and yourself have to make and it sounds like you are comfortable with your decision. That's all that matters.

I can say we're definitely ready. One of my BM's just had a baby last month and most of DH's friends are married w/ little ones under the age of 4 running around, and most of them have begun taking bets on whether or not we were going to have a HM baby!
I've gone of BC..so we'll see what happens

i had a rash really bad.. then DH and i had a long talk about how we really wanted to get a house and save more $$$... then we found out i was preggo!!! So like DH said.. you only get what you can handle and 'we'll make it work' im so excited and so is DH it wasnt planned but i think its way more exciting this way since it was a surprise! now were looking at houses and things will be done a little bit sooner but its all happy exciting news!!

we are the same and are 31 and 34... not sure which one of us is LESS ready... after 5 years together we only just started to 'joke' about the 'kid'. Makes me wonder if i'm normal.
