When i get VERY angry i sudenly get a MONSTER headache. i told my doc andhe said its from the tension... I also get VERY bad knots in my back and the only therapy is massages... but i donthave the time to get one every wekk as recoomended.
Anyhoo... does this happen to anyone else? I dont thin that its form tension i think its from blood pressure. Could it be form high cholesterole too? Cuz ihave that too..lol.. u would think that i would be more helthy since i eat right and work out.

I don't get that specifically, but I do start to shake. I think it's from my blood pressure going up. I've noticed it happens every time I get mad for the last few months.

I get the knots in my neck and shoulders - tension related. My pressure is normal, so I don't get the type of headache you describe. I get tension headaches.
Getting that severe of a headache from becoming very angry is not good for the blood vessels in your neck and head. Have you considered consulting another doctor about that ?

It happens to me, unfortunately that headache turns into me needing to lay down-for some reason whenever I get a headache I get really tired

I get migraines usually once a month. They make me unable to do anything. I am sensitive to light and must sleep in order for them to clear up. When I went to my doctor, she deemed it hormonal and told me to take advil. Um, miss, if advil worked, I wouldn't be here.

Same here. When I am mad or frustrated with people my head starts pounding and i just take advil or tylenol and I am fine.
