Hey ladies so we just got a late wedding gift, a calphalon dutch oven.
Wasnt something we had on our regisrty but, was wondering if you ladies have one and what do you cook in it?

Look in William Sonoma's catalogue I know they sell them and they often show things to make with their products in the catalogues.

you can make THE BEST pot roast in a dutch oven. i made the recipe from barefoot contessa. its to die for

I actually use my dutch oven all winter long. I make stew, chilli, soups, and I even made ribs once. I will try to post some ideas at some point.

we have a 7 1/4 qt. Le Creuset round French oven and we use it alllllll the time! It's great for pot roasts, chili, soup, spaghetti sauce, MEATBALLS... the list goes on and on!
