Easy, yummy dessert recipes?

I'm having some girlfriends over this weekend, and not sure what to do about dessert. Anyone have any quick, fun dessert recipes they want to share?

tia!

Re: Easy, yummy dessert recipes?

Buy a gragham cracker crust.

In mixer or by hand mix

1 8oz cream cheese (softened)
1 pack instant lemon pudding
2 cups milk

when fully blended pour in crust. Place in fridge for a few hours so it has time to set.

I usually make my own graham cracker crust and will sprinle some of the mixture on top.

This is to die for . I get so many complimments on it.

Please! That's the one thing that I always buy. And if it only takes 10 minutes it is my kind of dessert. Thank you so much

Oooo Try my 'Almost as good as Sex cake'

2 boxes of devils food cake...bake as per directions on box

2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 container of caramel or butterscotch syrup (whichever you prefer)
2 snikers bars (freeze them)
1 container of whipped cream

As soon as the cake is done, take it out and use the narrow end of a wooden spoon to make holes all over the top of the cake.

pour the condensed milk and syrup into all the holes.

once the cake cools, use the whipped cream as a frosting for the top and then smash up the frozen snickers bars and sprinkle over the top!

Re: Easy, yummy dessert recipes?

COCONUT FLAN (Brazilian dessert)

1 can (14 OZ) of sweetened condensed milk (aka leite condensado)
1 can (14 OZ) of creme de leite
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of HOT water
¼ cup JELL-O Coconut Cream Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

Add dry pudding mix into the Hot water and mix well until well blended, then pour mix and all above ingredients into the blender and blend it well. Then put into a “bundt” pan with melted sugar (about a cup of sugar) and bring it to the freezer, take it out of freezer 5 hours before serving. (5 hours before serving dessert leave in the refrigerator)

Enjoy!

P.S.: the creme de leite and the sweetened condensed milk you can probably find at the Latin aisle of the supermarket, specially if they have Brazilian products…Also, if you can’t find the coconut flavored gelatin you can substitute for a different flavor like Vanilla, Strawberry etc…
