Egg Salad Lovers!

I just made the most yummy and healthy version of this classic sandwich!! I used 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, fat free sour cream, low fat mayo, salt and pepper and it was SO good!! Let me know if you want the exact recipe!!!

I want more! lol

Damn,lol. Im making my 6 egg white, mushroom and spinacj omlet.... 4 days of breakfast :) I had onion powder and red pepper :)

It yields between 3-6 servings depending on how much you want to eat! The nutrition per serving (if you divide it into 6) Is:
6 grams protein
1grams carbs
2grams fat

Please...he has Crohn's disease...so even my egg salad stank farts are no match for his normal day gas.

Lauren i have to say it sounds good but u lost me on the mayo. For some reason ugh i just hat ethe stuff. lol Me & my sister hate it it. If we got really mad at each other i would grab a spoonful of it (close pin on my nose) & slap it in her face. lol lol It was funny for a sibiling argument. lol

its just 2 tbs of each...doesnt taste like either of them..that's what is typically in egg salad anyway, just with fattier versions!

LOL funny. I didnt think Egg salad could really create drama. lol

As for the Egg salad in general. I guess that why i never really eat it. But it sounds good until the Mayo.
