embellished / painted invites - vendor search

My friend's grandma gave her a beautifully hand painted invite in a gorgeous frame...there were beautiful flowers painted in the corners....

Has anyone seen this before? It was spectacular and gorgeous!

More importantly, does anyone know where I can get this done to a leftover invite that I have?

I asked her grandma but she had it done by a friend. There has got to be a vendor in the ny metro area that does this!
