you guys know how I tend to wax philosophic concerning nutrition, and the evils of food additives..... well, here's reason #453 to avoid 'flavored' convenience foods....
How on earth could we predict stuff like this on our own? there's no way. While I doubt a regular snacker would be harmed by the fumes, what else could this chemical be doing to their body after they injest it?
It makes me suspicious of all artificial food additives...

OMG That is so disturbing and disgusting! Good thing i dont eat microwaved popcorn, but I definitly have in the past, god only knows the the amount of sh** we put into our bodies everyday. The United States FDA is dangerously lenient!!

I'm a bit paranoid on that front.... generally, we eat no pre-packaged stuff at all.... but lately, I even am a bit suspicious of non-organic veggies.... I don't trust the FDA's lenient judgement all the time, either.... and they seem to be really dismissive of pesticides.... oh. they'll wash off
too bad I'm not wealthy.... if I was, it would be organic all the way

i agree...i also try to buy organic gorceries as much as possible, but they definitly do add up! I do not, and have not for a long time, trusted the FDA and dont buy anything boxed, artificial, or suspicious. Its just junk and it makes me fat

I'm not going crazy over this. These are people who work 8-12 our shifts and breathe it in 5 days a week.Throwing a bag of popcorn in my microwave for a minute and 30 seconds, once a month, is nothing to be alarmed about. But thats just me. If anything, they should be concentrating on our ozone layer, and toxic air pollution that we breathe when we step out our front door!!
