Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui

If you stayed there what room cateogry did you book and how did you like it?

I've heard the rooms there are amazing. We were going to go with the Hyatt but my fiance is pushing for the Fairmont bc of the bigger more luxorious rooms!

We stayed there...we had a gardenview room and it was on the opposite end of the lobby. It was like a 5 minute walk to the lobby. The room was nice, we hardly used the living room area. It is a beautiful hotel. We liked the Hyatt much better. The Kea Lani was very quiet, older snobby crowd (at least when we were there). (We stayed 3 nts at the Hyatt and then 3nts at the Kea Lani because I could not choose between the 2)

We stayed at the Fairmont Kea Lani and it was my favorite hotel in Hawaii, much more than any of the Hyatts. It is such a classy place! We had a room facing the pool/ocean. Besides the living area, the bathroom was amazing as well. The pool area is quiet and relaxing and they come by and pamper you while you're laying out. I would definitely recommend this place!

I stayed there and it is unbelieveable! We had an ocean/pool view room, and the sunsets were fabulous from the balcony. The room was also beautiful (and I second the bathroom... its HUGE).

They really do pamper you, they gave us fresh juice (papaya maybe) when we checked in, and pineapple and cool mint towels by the pool too.

My husband and I want to go back so badly!
