First birthday as a wife....

and i didn't even get a wife card. I'm actually really sad about it. DH said he tried but couldn't find any good ones. He's very picky when it comes to cards so i guess i believe him. But i still really wanted one. ( I'm even more sad because I'm PMSing now... otherwise I probably wouldn't be).

Hey, at least you got a card. I was on my honeymoon for my birthday and DH couldn't find a card.

He made up for it, though, by having flowers sent to the hotel room.

Don't worry, everyone is right. You will have years of wife cards. And wouldn't you rather have a meaningful card that suits you instead of a wife card that is just 'okay'?

I know it's not that big a deal, i'm trying to shake off the blues, but i just feel sad and stressed lately. (not DH related). Think i have to go spend my old navy gift cert today! I need new clothes (especially since hardly any of my pants fit anymore, another stresser).

I know what your DH is talking about. When I was looking for my DH I thought the selection was horrible - the cards were much better when they didn't have titles
