Well right now since I'm still looking for a new job, I pretty much go alone on Mondays....but sometimes we go together. DH gets so impatient waiting at the deli counter and stuff though, he's annoying hehehe....

we go together .... we're lame, its like an outing for us.
occasionally he'll go pick something up on his own, like if we're out of milk or bread.
but usually on a saturday or sunday, we go to walmart to get most of our stuff and then next door to shop & stop to get the rest.
i ask because i was telling a friend & they thought it was strange that we go together. maybe its cause they have kids, so its easier to do it alone?

we usually go together, but now that i'm in school again my schedule is much more flexible so sometimes I'll go myself. We also spend a lot less when I go myself because DH always adds random things we didnt come for.

we usually go together, he likes doing the food shopping for some reason. But when we go together its when we plan to get alot.
Some days ill run to the supermarket just to get a thing or two and for that i go alone. Usually its a situation where im about to cook and realize im missing something so ill run right out and run to the supermarket.

it depends, really. Most weekends, we make a day trip out to the Wegmans by Dulles Airport. We love going out there and a trip to Wegmans is always fun. If we aren't doing that, I'll run to the local grocery to pick up what we need.
I am an aisle by aisle shopper. DH is not.

We go together, DH doesn't like to go, but he does. He can be like a little kid when we go shopping because he will pick something up and ask me if we can please get it.

We go together pretty much everytime. We're dorks and both love food shopping..getting deals and figuring out what we can make..we also cook together most of the time. Maybe it's a NW thing..but we enjoy ourselves.

It all depends, i really hate food shopping but i go alone sometimes, sometimes we go to BJ's together and Usually i order from PeaPod it just makes life alot easier

Sometimes we go together, but I always spend more $$ when DH comes with me.
I actually go with my mom a lot. We'll both go and do our food shopping together. it's great because she always scopes out the ads for me first and decides where has the best sales, what's a good buy and other mom expertise...this is actually my favorite way!!

if it's that time of the month & I nag him enough he will go but then i have to hold back getting angry at him for spending too much & buying the wrong stuff since he was doing something nice

its so funny but seems like those of us who go with DH spend more when they are with us and say they get a bunch of things that are not necessary hahaha.
DH does the same thing. He likes to go through every aisle and he'll just get things just to get it, not that we really need it.
Sometimes i do feel like im with a kid shopping. He'll get all these things that i would never get such as mac and cheese, kid type cereals, a ton of chips, lean pockets and a bunch of similar things. But its ok bc i prefer when we go together, i actually have fun when we do, and its better than going alone. Plus i dont have to carry all those bags alone

I'm the chef so it's usually just me because I have a very methodical way of shopping which I think would annoy other people lol. Sometimes he goes with me but we don't always have a list and we end up getting stuff we don't need/shouldn't buy because it's not on sale. Grocery shopping is one of my favorite things and I like to go alone hehe.

when vin's schedule is crazy i'll go alone and then other times he'll pick up stuff for me depending on who is having the crazier week lol.
lately though, no cooking b/c i am in another state for the time being but that will go back to normal sooner rather than later, i'm sure.

every now & then we'll go together...but usually i go alone. Honestly I prefer it that way! On a quick visit it's fun to have him there, but sometimes when I know i have to get a LOT of stuff i try to kindly talk him out of it lol. I feel like I do it quicker by myself since I know where everything is, and i'm also a smart shopper & really look for all the sales...so I'll save a lot more when i go by myself too. I guess if we went together all the time he'd end up being just as quick & smartshopper savvy, but for now with our work scheduels it just works out that i go.... he always helps me with the packages though!
